Biography
Suzanne Podhaizer is an award-winning food journalist, recipe developer, and chef. She has written for Vermont’s Seven Days newspaper since 2006, and has also been published by BBC Travel, EatingWell, DiningOut Destinations and Taste of Home. At her cabin in the Northeast Kingdom she sugars; grows vegetables, herbs and culinary mushrooms; and harvests myriad wild ingredients. Suzanne uses food as a starting point for most of her poetry and creative non-fiction.
