Matthew McClure
Biography
Hailing from Little Rock, Arkansas and a graduate of the New England Culinary Institute, McClure has earned seven nominations for the James Beard Foundation’s Best Chef South, “People’s Choice Best New Chef Midwest by Food and Wine Magazine, and in 2021, Proprietor of the Year, with an induction into the Arkansas Food Hall of Fame. In 2022 McClure joined the culinary team at the renowned Woodstock Inn & Resort. His vision is to create a unique experience of seasonal well-composed, house-made plates using locally grown food from the Inn’s gardens and his network of farmers and producers.
