Erika Nichols-Frazer
Biography
Erika Nichols-Frazer (she/her) is the author of the memoir, Feed Me: A Story of Food, Love and Mental Illness and the poetry collection, Staring Too Closely. She won Noir Nation’s 2020 Golden Fedora Fiction Prize and was nominated for a Pushcart Prize. Her essays, short stories, and poems appeared in HuffPost, River Teeth’s “Beautiful Things,” Gone Lawn, Emerge Literary Journal, and elsewhere. She is also a speaker and mental health advocate. She holds an MFA from the Bennington Writing Seminars. Nichols-Frazer lives in Waitsfield with her husband and various animals and works at Vermont State University.
