Bookstock 2026 celebrates Vermont farm-to-table dining with a special evening of cocktails and dinner, collaboratively created by renowned New York Times-bestselling cookbook author and cooking teacher Gesine Bullock-Prado and the Woodstock Inn & Resort executive chef Matthew McClure. This five-course, seasonal experience will feature dishes inspired by Bullock-Prado’s cookbooks, alongside original creations from Chef McClure.

Tickets, $160 per person; tickets required
Guests will be welcomed with a signature cocktail reception during which Bullock-Prado will sign books. Following the reception, the author and Chef McClure will share their vision for the menu and culinary philosophy while guests enjoy a seasonal, locally sourced dining experience.
Gesine Bullock-Prado is a renowned pastry chef, television personality, and author of several acclaimed cookbooks and a memoir. Her most recent book, My Harvest Kitchen, was published in October 2025.
