Children’s Activities at Bookstock

This year, Bookstock presents a program of activities for children, focused on the Children’s Tent on The Green, presented by The Hagedorn Family.

Open Friday afternoon through Sunday afternoon, the Children’s Tent will feature face painting, crafts, raffle drawings and story time readings, along with exciting live presentations. The tent will have volunteers to assist in supervising crafts, temporary tattoos and special presentations, so parents can enjoy browsing the book sale and other activities on The Green.

Woodstocker Karli Hagedorn combines her love of community, books and children in this tent, which includes a hand-painted mural backdrop, Karli painted; old-fashioned quilts on hay bales for seating; and a host of other tablescapes for the whole family. There will be a special Children’s Raffle table for the little ones to enter, with prizes that include Woodstock Scoops and Red Wagon Gift Cards.

Elsewhere on The Green, the Used Book Sale will feature a children’s section of wonderful pre-loved books at great prices.  Children will also enjoy the popsicles and granola from The Green Bunny!
